My earlier statement was wrong.....as I confused jfs with
journalling....sorry....journalling is done in jbd filesystem in fact.
  So ext3 is using the jbd filesystem for journalling.   And ext4 and
ocfs2 is using jbd2 for journalling.

Am I correct?

>From how the two fs work together, u can easily create your own fs
that work with the existing fs, i supposed?
