Usb Core, need to be enable in kernel, rest can be compiled outside
kernel and then load it.

For compiling out side the kernel : I think not sure out of these 3
uhci/ ohci / ehci, need to take one or you can take all the three.

Apart from these you need to check the USB Host Chip on the target board
and then compile it out side kernel.( like ISP 116x/ ISP 1760 etc.....)

If you have the hardware of OTG then need to take OTG Controller driver.

Just for your reference: I have compiled USB Device outside the kernel,
with out actually enabling it in kernel and it is working fine.

Regards

Vivek

Hi niamathullah sharief,

what do you mean with dynamic? Do you want to update your Kernel Config
dynamically?
If you want to look what Config Flags are used for USB support, what
about
this simple solution:

- create a config with USB support enabled (make
 menuconfig helps you)
- create a config without USB support
- then run a diff tool and look at the differences :)

greets,
Ole
