Hey All, I'm new to this list so forgive me if this was brought up before.
Is there a particular reason why this isn't a blind list? I'm probably using the wrong term here so I'll describe it: the reader can see the senders screename but when the reader wants to reply or reply to all, it automatically only replies to the list alone.
Google Groups does this. I feel that if this were done, it might be easier to follow conversations.
