Dedy, ioctl() is a specific syscall. So, in general syscalls are documented in section 2 of the linux manuals. If you do man ioctl, you should see it provides the page from section 2. If you want to see the implementation of a syscall, then look in the userspace glibc source. I'm not sure that helps, but maybe it will help you write a more specific question.
