Sorry for the slow response, busy week at school. So here's your issue. Your sources.list has everything commented out except for 4 ftp protocol repositories. As of right now, we only support http repositories (unfortunately) so if you uncomment the original sources and use those, you should be good to go. Sorry for the confusion, it's something we have not gotten to just yet.
