Chris Oliver proposed the following answer:
uewnH is correct, the translations there are actually for the stable
branch which is lp:keryx. 1.0 has not been formalized yet and is still
in the design phase, with some very general test code only.
I have changed the branch for the translations to point to lp:keryx
instead of devel. Thanks for catching this issue! :-)
