Sorry, I was thinking of hhc.exe which comes from the HTML Help Workshop. hcw.exe is deprecated because the .HLP format is no longer supported by Microsoft. .chm (HTML Help) is the only supported Help file format. hcw is only used to build the leash32.hlp file which is to the best of my knowledge no longer being built for KFW.
