Why will krb5/src/lib/krb5/ccache/cc_mslsa.c build without Vista support?
It would be convenient if there were a #else / #error on the #ifdef
TRUST_ATTRIBUTE_TRUST_USES_AES_KEYS.

Not everyone requires Vista support, sites that build from source may not be

comfortable with mixing headers from multiple SDKs, etc.

MIT should never build binaries without Vista support but that doesn't mean
that KFW should not build if the required header is unavailable.
