Hello,

On one Windows 7 System, we cannot seem to get the NetIDManager program to 
recognize the customer's Kerberos password.  Every time she logs in it prompts 
for login credentials and also displays this error:

can't get to traffic database - no certificate

Any ideas as to what would might cause this and how to get it resolved?
