[krbdev.mit.edu #7493] HTML Help refers to wrong release

It links to web.mit.edu/kerberos/krb5-current/doc in a couple of places, but 
that is not the 
appropriate place to link to -- we should use the krb5-1.10 files, since this 
is what the code is 
based on.
