Reboot after KfW installs to help the LSA cache
It seems that we need to restart in order to be able to query the contents of the the LSA cache, even if the only contents of the LSA cache are what we put there, and even if the Microsoft klist.exe correctly reports the presence of tickets in the LSA cache.
