How about the spinlock problem with kgdb over kgdboe? Dave Anderson's doing a lot of work with 'crash' in Xen; last I checked Xen didn't have kgdb support; seems like a natural. I'm using BitKeeper (BK) for maintaining work spaces, including kgdb revisions for patched kernels. I've asked the folks at BitKeeper if they would provide BK licenses for kgdb developers so we could develop and maintain stable kgdb workspaces.
