I almost don't want to ask, but since you said it doesn't show up with PREEMPT_NONE, what other patches are in this system? I'm assuming Mark Greer's stuff to make Sandpoint a valid ARCH=powerpc system, but what else, preempt-rt? I'd make the arguement that you should try and get KGDB stable with just Mark's patches first, as it sounds like there's been some bit-rot (that I hope to address this coming long US weekend) in the PowerPC code for KGDB. -- Tom Rini ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
