I think it would be nice to just maintain the kgdb code
via git repositories just like the mainstream kernel code is 
being done. I thought it would be best if kgdb hackers get
accounts on vger and we just push and pull git repositories.
If vger is a no-go perhaps we could set up a git environment
like vger has; we could use my server hammer.piet.net but I
suspect a better choice exist. 

Here we use bitkeeper for our kernel code and are migrating
our CVS code to bitkeeper. Add on the patch business and you
make the process 300% more work. 

Sure wish we could keep it simple and just maintain git
repositories.
