This is the last call for patches before kernel.org submission. Please mail the list if you expect to be contributing a KGDB patch for the uprev/upstream work. Please also feel free to report any issues that are known with the code in the linux2_6_21_uprev branch.
At this point the uprev work for the 2.6.21.1 kernel is in the "ready to upstream" phase, and the next step will be to move closer to the development head with a git stream on kernel.org. The IA32, x86_64, IA64, PPC64, PPC32, MIPS32, and MIPS64 architectures are known to work. Unfortunately the sh architecture is broken, and will remain that way unless someone would like try to fix it who has a tool chain, hardware and interest in doing some kernel debugging. A big thanks to Sergei Shtylyov for all the patches to fix ethernet problems and rs232 cleanup. Thanks to Bob Pico for the IA64 changes. Thanks to all the rest of KGDB community who have contributed code and advice over the years. We shall see how the upstream submission goes and continue to use this list to talk about the kgdb development. I am reasonably certain further changes will be needed to achieve mainline acceptance.
