It's a little bit frustrating, Wayne, thanks for the investigation, I hope you 
still keep some hair on head, I chose option 6….

May be that python-mingw could be used to cross-compile that python.exe from 
linux, I've done that before, I will try it.

Definitely, cmake is way better than autotools, but some people is reluctant to 
change….
