There is no more hole in the 3D view for THT view. It's clearly visible
in the coldfire demo board. Is this supposed to be right?
In the meantime I'll try to go back to find in which release it changed.
Be sure the solder mask visibility (which covers the holes, and is now
displayed) is set to invisible to show holes.
