Thanks. I'll test this as soon as I get a chance. It would also be worthwhile to port any new features added to the legacy rendering to the new OpenGL/Cairo rendering using the new tool framework. I think its a good idea at this point in our stable release plan to make that a policy until the stable release. I know it's extra work but I think it would be in the best interest of the project to have as much feature parity between the legacy rendering and GAL rendering modes as possible.
