Both MacPorts and homebrew have a port/formula for oce 0.17.2. According to release notes should also have the fixes which are mentioned in https://github.com/cbernardo/kicad_oce_3D/issues/1 <https://github.com/cbernardo/kicad_oce_3D/issues/1>
