I have no idea and, as far as I understood the concept of torrents, you could not tell the number of downloads, just a sum of Bytes transferred (provided the tracker server keeps a record of this). Using torrents to distribute KiCad was an idea that came up today since the next stable release is only a few days away and providing torrents could probably remedy the hammering of the server during the first days.
