Hi Devs- A heads up that I pushed a change to our GAL display layers. This fixes a issue where the selected item would cover the overlay items such as mouse tips and measurement tool.
This commit adds a LAYER_SELECT_OVERLAY GAL layer that is rendered under the NETNAMES layers. I put highlight groups and preview items in this layer instead of the LAYER_GP_OVERLAY. Please let me know if you see any oddities that should belong on one layer or the other but are not assigned there yet. -Seth
