This is a note for KiCad packagers.
If you utilized the python scripts mk_mime_icons.py mk_macos_icons.py or
get_libngspice_so.py, they have been moved from their previous location
(/scripts) to /scripting/build_tools. The /scripts directory is by
default packaged with the build, so developer scripts were being
installed into the user's documentation directory. See [1] for details.
This won't affect you unless part of your build script was to
re-generate the icons prior to packaging.
