I built KiCad 5.99.0-1718-g28b8e7521 for Fedora 32 and found that I cannot add
a component to a new project.
I opened the schematic, typed 'a', and selected a 1N4001 diode. Before I could
even try to place it, a dialog appeared that was completely blank, and eeschema
became unresponsive. I got the following messages
on my terminal:

Has anyone else seen this? My previous builds of "master" worked fine, so this
appears to be a new problem.
