I really agree your point, but now we have lots of people who can not access 
to Kicad due to they lack of english knowledge.
I had the oprtunity to travel to Europe, and I saw that learning another 
language is quite common there but it is not here.

Anyway, there would be always someone in both lists, so I don't think there 
would be too much "a breach".
