You can represent them all, but you may specify to KICAD that
they are 'Not Connected', placing the 'blue cross' on each
unused pin.

Be aware of the spelling of the connector pins. For convenience, 
they should be :
+-------------
|2  4  6  8...
|1  3  5  7...
+-------------
and not :

+-------------
|B1 B2 B3 B4 ...
|A1 A2 A3 A4
+-------------
