Hi Roger, few weeks ago I posted a list of what I considered worthy improvements to basic KiCad features. The list is here: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/kicad-users/message/1637 The single highest productivity improvement feature (apart from undo :-) would be the ability to drag a trace while preserving its direction and directions of all the connected traces. The way how it should work is approximately as in Pulsonix or PCB Elegance: none of the segments involved should ever change direction, and they should just keep changing length to preserve connectivity. With a real Online DRC, of course, which simply would not permit dragging a segment past the edge of conflict position. The Kicad Online DRC works only while drawing traces for the first time, and not at all later when altering them. Try it for yourself with the free version of PCB Elegance (limited to 200 pins) from http://www.mercoelectronics.com. Regards, Sinisa
