Thank you for your answer.
I'm trying ImageMagick and it works fine. However, I still have some
problems.

In KiCad PCBNEW (latest version)

+ if I plot in postscript format with 1:1 scale I get a very poor
image definition. I have to set 3:1 in order to get a usable image.

+ even if I set the scale to 3:1 only pads and tracks are dark while
filled zones seem to be composed of small gray squares. 

This strange behavior is not present under Linux.
