Yes, you certainly can. You can either:

- set up an alias, so that the same physical part in the library gets
listed under both names, or
- click 'select part to edit' (the button with an AND gate on) in the
library editor, and choose the LMC6062. Then click 'edit part
properties', choose the 'fields' tab and change the 'value' to
LMC6772. Make any other changes you like as well, then when you save
the part, it'll get added to the library under the new name - the
LMC6062 won't be changed or overwritten.

I prefer the second method - I like to have a library in which every
component is absolutely unique, so each symbol has a 1-for-1
correspondence with a manufacturer's part number. (And yes, that does
mean I have a lot of resistors and caps in my library!)
