  Most require Gerber files.  Select "PLOT" from the menu.  Check the 
Gerber box and check each of the layers you want plotted.  You will need 
each of the copper and component layers.  If the board will have silkscreen 
and solder mask then those layers will have to be plotted as well.  The board 
house I deal with wants these files in a .zip.
