I found instructions on how to build kicad for Mac OS X here:

Unfortunately I can't find the file mybuild_wxWidgets_macosX_unicode.txt
that it references.
Does anyone know where I can find this file ???
At the same site I also found that there is a Universal binary of
kicad-2007-01-15 for Mac OS X. I can get it to load but unfortunately
can't do anything with it because the window will not gain focus. I
can't even switch to it by pressing apple-tab; there is no associated
icon to select.
I'm running 10.4.4 (tiger) on a MacBook (intel). How do I invoke this
program to run properly?
I have just unpacked it to the desktop. Maybe I have to place it
somewhere else ???
