I'm new to KiCad, and I'm reading the "Help" section for instructions. I'm starting with Eeschema, and expect to perform PCB layout shortly. I am familiar with schematic entry but not PCB layout.
I recently installed a comprehensive KiCad package (about 77 MB) dated July 10, 2007, on my Win2K Pro + sp4 computer. It seems to work fine. I noticed an "Undo" button in the tool bar at the top of the Eeschema worksheet. (Thank goodness for "Undo"!) Is there a hot key for this? Is there a way to make my own hot key?
