Hi, I do not see an NE556 listed in the default linear EESchema library, only an LM555N. Did you make this symbol yourself? Or have you imported a libray from Eagle or Orcad. Please let us know. In any case if any symbol is incorrect it is very easy to edit and keep locally. A changed/corrected symbol could then be uploaded to the files section.
