Ok the LM7805 pads were labeled incorrectly, PCBnew was expecting, #1,#2,#3... but they were labeled VI,GND,VO, which is schematically correct, but not for pcb.--for KICAD anyway. I imagine the same is true for led's in my sequencer project, I'll have to check later. I think you mentioned something like this in an earlier reply.
