Two other places to consider are http://www.goldphoenixpcb.biz/ and
http://www.batchpcb.com/.

They each have advantages, it just depends on what exactly you need.
Gold Phoenix sells you an entire panel of boards (75 to 155 sq. in.
for 4 layer boards) for a single price, so they are cheap for a small
run of boards, but not ideal if you only want one or two.

BatchPCB is very cheap for one or two small boards, but very slow for
4 layer boards.

If you need fast and only want one or two, I'd go with Advanced PCB,
but these two are good for many jobs.
