I am having problem routing TQFP64 package. I set all pins outgoing from chip to class (10mils and 0.07 clearance) works fine, except for GND and +V pins i use those nets in other parts of board and I dont want to limit their size and clearance so much. I tried manual routing them but no luck there is no option clearance for custom tracks. No idea what to do I need to attach class to single pins not whole net.
Help much appreciated. Thomas PS. TQFP64 in default library seems to have to small pads.
