I would like to suggest that the "Lock Modules" feature could be change
to give some flexibility, for example:
An IC chip which is usually used with a bypass capacitor could be locked as
part of a "group"
Meaning that it is ok to move the chip, but the chip and bypass cap move as
a group.
That way the bypass cap and chip will remain very close to each other, and
stray inductance is kept at a minimum.
So you would declare a "group" of components, and if any component in the
group is moved, the rest of the group will also move.
