I have downloaded the zip file and had a quick look. For me (I
was developing instrumentation for animal biology during several years),
thats a very interesting project, however to big and needing to many time
to give a valuable overall feedback. Sorry.

I wrote a pdf using open office writer & that and all the kicad source files
and libraries are in one folder.
