Details: The Expert Performance Test Engineer will work with a team of engineers to assess the performance and stability of Qpass software by executing tests against a large scale lab environment. This role is responsible for standardizing the use of performance methodologies and practices within the organization. This role will also lead a collaboration effort to create a performance test harness to automate testing and create repeatable regression performance tests for new products. In addition, responsibilities include documenting and communicating performance test plans and results to other organizations within the company. Responsible for defining and evaluating testability of performance requirements, drafting performance test plans and creating a test suite using standard performance methodologies. Responsible for scripting performance test business processes via LoadRunner and JMeter. Responsible for setup and execution of performance scenario via LoadRunner and JMeter. Responsible for documentation of performance transaction definitions from scripts, scenario load matrix profile (spreadsheet) and test execution results output. Responsible for performance test analysis and creation of presentation templates.
