Junior Accountant
Job Description
1. Supervise and monitor day to day Accounting operation.
2. Ensuring timely deposit of cash in the bank.
3. Reviewing daily sales reconciliation, daily span and credit card
reconciliation with the till, all the work performed by the accountant.
4. Review / Preparation of daily Journal Vouchers for all expenses with all
supporting documents.
5. Checking / Reviewing of Journal Vouchers for correctness and proper
approval.
6. Checking the correctness of all the daily transaction entered in the
system.
7. Checking and verifying Payroll and Staff related payments.
8. Reviewing / Preparing Bank Reconciliation.
9. Following up Accounts Recievables and preparation of ageing reports.
10. Providing any financial information needed at store or country level.
