It was described some time ago that we shouldn't make the base platform of
Kitty have application specific troubleshooting hooks built-in, but rather than
should be achieved through the use of modules, perhaps using a DSL. This was
never quite decided how this would be achieved. This discussion is intended to
brandstorm for how to achieve that functionality.
