I'm trying to use kiwi proxy widgets with glade-3 on ubuntu 8.04
  - I have the ubuntu glade-3 package installed.
  - I downloaded trunk from svn since it had the glade3-plugin directory
  - I ran python setup.py install from the main directory and then the
glade3-plugin directory
     - (As an aside, I learned that if you don't have libgladeui-1-dev
installed, pkg-config --variable=catalogdir gladeui-1.0 returns '' and
sticks your files you /usr.)

Now when I run glade-3, I get

(glade-3:10095): GladeUI-CRITICAL **: Unable to load module
'gladepython' from any search paths

followed by a bunch of other stuff.

I've google "gladepython" and only come up with
http://www.nabble.com/Python-catalog-to-support-python-widgets-at-runtime-td17658517.html

I can't quite tell what to think from that. Does glade-3 not support
custom python widgets out of the box? Where is the mysterious
pythonglade library?

Thanks,
Greg
