Apabila mau di-non-aktif-kan secara keseluruhan, berarti penggunanya harus minta (request) ke "Ubuntu-kernel" Developer-nya agar diberi alternatif kernel (patch Ubuntu) yang fitur ipv6-nya di-disable. Mungkin akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama (IMHO), tapi klo mau konfigurasi kernel sendiri, ya..
