Pake nmap, install dl paketnya.
ini di terminal yah bukan aplikasi GUI
Klo mw yang gui bisa pake nmap-gtk,
denger2 ada angry IP scanner dilinux, cari2 aja digoogle..

angry ip scanner ada kok untuk ubuntu, saya sdh pake sejak dulu..
tp klu mau yg sederhana saja ketik "arp -a" di terminal cukup.
