PhilNITS Cebu Branch Office have identified Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) Computer Science Department to conduct its pilot review classes for Cebu IT professionals who would be taking the October 28, 2007 FE Examination. PhilNITS goal is to establish an internationally recognized and accepted standard with which to measure the competency level of IT Engineers/Professionals in the country; and to develop a workforce of Certified IT Professionals that are qualified and eligible for work not only in Japanese companies here and abroad but also in multinational/national companies anywhere in the world. Target participants are the I.T. Students & Professionals (BSComSci/BSIT/BSCompE & other computer related courses), Engineers or staff in charge of Information Technology who will take Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination.
