probably for "overqualifed"-sort of reasons. :D Chances are, ang mo apply na lapas ana na edad, dako na tingali ug experience.. pang supervisor or pang asst manager na.. so kilanlan lang nila is entry-level engineer to senior engineer (something below a supervisor-level)...
