Hi mga sirs and maams....

I would just like to ask maybe some of you have encountered installing 
Ubuntu on A SiS-chipset mobo. SiS is, as I've read sa net, not friendly 
with linux. I tried running 7.x version and all I could get is the 
desktop, and network doesn't even work... luckily I have a copy of Ibex 
so this solved my net problem. Ang VGA na lang, kay vesa driver ra iya 
gagamiton. I tried downloading sis vga drivers for linux, but this only 
crashed my Xorg.

I might as well settle in vesa, but i'm really looking forward to 
running 3d/compositing/compiz. I'm currently experimenting dani sa 
company, and sales agents man gud ang mag gamit sa target PCs. Basin 
diay naa tay maconvince sa goodness sa linux... pasikatan lang gamay 
hehehe....

btw ako mobo is an asus p5s-mx se, and mao ni iya lspci:
