For me, yes it is a passion. I never get tired of programming systems
especially if I am writing it in my favorite programming language.
I also learn new technologies like frameworks and design pattern in my
free time. I can't do that in the office
because of the tight and busy schedule.

Also programming becomes a passion if you dream the solution to your bug :))
