Hi,

I recently made the switch from Windows 7 x64 to Fedora 17 x86_64 with
the KDE spin. I really love Linux but I have one software program I have
to use but cannot find a Linux application. I was forced to install
Windows in a virtual machine. I really do not like going into Windows.

With all that said, the Windows software I have to use is VersaCheck
Gold 2007 (http://www.versacheck.com/web/creation.asp). I don't have
checks to write out by hand. I print the complete check on blank check
paper stock. Including this option in your software would greatly
enhance it. I am confident if your users had this option they would also
print checks on blank check paper. It is much cheaper doing it this way.
This would also give you a huge advantage over the other personal
finance applications.

I do not know how difficult this option would be to add this unique
feature. I would like it if you looked at the VersaCheck website to see
if this is a feature you would consider including in a future version of
your software.

Thanks for taking the time to read my suggestion,

If you have KMyMoney, then you have check printing!

Go to Settings/Configure KMM/Plugins then tick the box next to 'Print Cheque(check)'. It may not be exactly what you would like - I don't have use for it - but it may help you, and if not exactly what you want, submit a wish-list request on bugs.kde.org . Don't hold your breath for an immediate fix, though, as developer time is limited at the moment.
