currently, upon moving the mouse/cursor over the list of payees, the pointer is
changed from the standard pointer (used most everywhere else i have seen in the
application) to a hand (with fingers extended). (not the same as the hand with
just the index finger extended - used on the links to assets / liabilities /
... in the home screen)
the orientation's point of the hand appears to differ - center of the hand but
top left of the pointer
luckily the would-be selected row is highlighted with the cursor/hand over it.
i am not sure which benefit the hand cursor icon provides at this point.
perhaps it could be changed to the standard pointer used elsewhere in the
program.
