Continue button disables if the interest amount is entered before the interest
category. The only way to enable it again is to reenter the amount after
choosing a category.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Begin a new reconcile (not a postponed as this doesn't go to the required
screen)
2.Navigate to Interest and Charges screen. Move cursor to Interest amount
entry, type a value. Now move to entering a category etc for the interest. The
continue button remains disabled.
3.If however you enter the category 1st then the amount the continue button
enables
